Introduction

I am interested in research or related positions. My decision to pursue a Masters in Biomedical Engineering was the natural culmination of my graduate coursework which boosted my confidence in bringing my theoretical and practical idea of technological concepts of biology to engineering concepts in the medical field. Courses such as bio materials, medical physics & biochemistry, BIOMEMS & nanobiomedicine, advanced biomechanics and rehabilitation engineering evoked my keen interest. I got the opportunity to work on several courses related mini projects one of which focused on the fabrication of sol-gel (silica) thin films for biosensor applications. I undertook and fulfilled my master thesis under the supervision of Prof. Jesús Canales-Vázquez at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM), Albacete, Spain. My project focused on the development of strategies to 3D print advanced bioceramics using SLA, which included the preparation of photoactive resins loaded with bio ceramics, the subsequent thermal treatments and the characterisation of the resulting objects, However, i am also interested in administrative and office assistant positions as i am a highly driven and enthusiastic human being. I could easily adapt to my surrounding and any given situation. I also love to travel, so positions involving travel will be of interest to me.

    Research Internship My project focused on the development of strategies to 3D print advanced bioceramics using SLA, which included the preparation of photoactive resins loaded with bio ceramics, the subsequent thermal treatments and the characterisation of the resulting objects, These findings within the SLA printing process helped boost the possibilities of developing complexity and constrain free, biocompatible parts from 3-YSZ, for their effective application in various fields such as renewable energy,storage,including biomedical. During this period, I became acquainted with SLA 3D printing of ceramics, including diverse aspects such as the design of objects (CAD/CAM), resin preparation and characterization using electron microscopy, 3D reconstruction through close-range photogrammetry, etc
