Cairns have been my home for over 20 years. During this time, I have productively worked in the local Tourism, Retail & Hospitality industries, and have extensively grown my skills & attributes. I was managing a souvenir shop for 8 years in the city. I have learnt much in this role, and this has led to increased profits and customer satisfaction.
I possess previous experience in the advertised role, and have an excellent history of producing results and meeting challenges. I am able to deliver a professional service to both the customer and employer by utilizing my excellent communication skills. I am a good problem solver and perform well under pressure. I constantly work unsupervised and can effectively deal with customers and staff. I am a dedicated and loyal worker, who is well presented and is not afraid of hard work. Also I am fluent in Japanese and English and have an excellent “Local” knowledge of Cairns and it surrounds.
