As a kitchen hand at Red Rooster, I assisted out the back of the store by: cleaning kitchen utensils, ovens and floors, preparing product for the next day and preparing food for customers and catering orders. This was done at a fast pace in order to get all jobs done and not leave customers waiting for long periods of time.
