As you can see from my CV I have a lot of office based experience ( Sales , Account Management, Accounting , PA, HR , Marketing and Credit Control) but I also have a great understanding of the hospitality industry. I have worked as a hospitality office manager alongside great owners and managers of a thriving hotel bar & nightclub in Dublin and know all the ins and outs of the daily running of business.
Most my Australian experience has been hospitality based. I have worked as a bookings and events agent in Brisbane for a company called The Boo. I thoroughly enjoyed this roll as it combined my office experience and my love for the hospitality industry. I’m currently working at The Tea Room’s in the QVB as a senior fine dining waitress. In this roll I work close to the head and sous chef running the pass during the week and working as a function waitress at the weekends. I also help train all new function staff showing them the order of service and what is expected at a fine dining level.
I’ve worked in numerous hospitality rolls ranging from bar tending, hostessing, events, fine dining to office manager and would love to work in a roll like this and for a prestigious company like yours. I have a passion for good food, coffee, alcohol and customer service. I'm well organized with good Microsoft and Excel skills. I'm a fast learner and can pick up new systems easily.
