Position Title: Office Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Operator/ Customer Service Applicant Name: Tina olman Dear sir/ madam I hereby wish to apply for the receptionist/ office administrative position within your business, as I believe I would be an asset to your establishment. Although this position is advertised may suit a 'junior” due to my personal circumstances I am looking for a stable casual/ part time position, and one that is less senior and demanding, but still be valuable support to the business and share my experience with you. Having long term employment with two of Gold Coast's largest and longest running Call Centres' AAPT and Austar/Foxtel shows my stability, work ethics, reliability and versatility, along with my ability to learn new skills, systems and products quickly and efficiently. I have been working on the Gold Coast for approximately 20years and familiar with the hospitality industry, both in a clerical capacity and driver. Over the past three (3) years I have been working casual/ contract work. I am flexible and adapt quickly to changing work demands & circumstances. I posses and demonstrate a friendly, positive, pro-active and “can do” attitude at all times. I am a people person; I enjoy establishing and maintaining good working relationships with peers and superiors, as well as networking and building good working relationships within the department and the organisation, so as to achieve and deliver to key performance indicators and organisation expectations. I enjoy being an integral team member and I work very well within a team environment. I enjoy working in various work dynamics, whether a slow repetitive pace, verification and data entry or alternatively an environment that is fast paced & energetic.
