I am currently pursuing a master's degree at Monash university in Australia and majoring in IT (specializing in Data analysis, Database management, Web application development and Intelligent Systems).
Coding and testing skills:
I have one year experience as a software engineer where my responsibilities included writing utilities in C and automated shell scripts to collect error logs and change server settings, maintaining Linux and AIX server logs and analyzing errors to find optimal solutions for new functionality added on the website. My working experience improved my leadership and communication skills, learned to be proactive while handling multiple tasks keeping deadlines in mind and developed team work skills.
During my internship at CDOT and Master's degree I have gained extensive experience in various programming languages and platforms (including J2EE, C, C#, PL/SQL and XML) and significant understanding of data analysis and project management.
In addition to my technical skills, university projects have given me the ability to communicate effectively on paper as well as through presentations.
I was also involved as an intern at Taylor and Preston IT Services and worked as a website designer. I’ve designed the official (main) website for TPIT Services in (C#), Taylor and Preston Accountant pages in HTML5 and CSS3, and developed SharePoint web applications in Visual Studio 2012. This experience has further improved my ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations, additionally enhancing efficiency and flexibility.
I enjoy working in a challenging environment where I could become a part of an enthusiastic team and contribute in accomplishing company goals.
