I have completed two years of tenure as a head cook in Hamad General Hospital under hamad medical Corporation,Qatar from april 2011 to april 2013. Cooking as per dietary regulations for individuals was thrilling as well as a challenging job. I have 8 years of experience as a chef in Taj group of hotels, one of the leading hotel groups in India. I was working in one of its hotels in south India named Taj Malabar, Cochin. I am a well seasoned chef with competitive culinary skills & talents which have always taken me to recognitions in the company. I have completed 3 years of Diploma in hotel management from a recognized institution in the country. I am proud to say that I am a product of taj talent searching programme. I have worked with Taj for 8 years since 2003 June. During my 8 years of tenure I could learn the different aspects of kitchen management like menu planning,forcasting,budgetting,wastage control, food costing,marketting by up selling the products,& human resource management which I consider as one of the major tasks to be learned as a manager. I have been expertise in cuisines like continental,italian Indian & seafoods with different skilled chefs in Taj.I have always been optimistic even when there were obstacles in my professional and personal life since I knew there is no gain if no pain.
