My last role as a Senior Administrative Officer at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) has enabled me to gain valuable experience in recruitment and all other ad hoc administrative duties like formatting, data entry and event preparation. I acted as the sole point of contact for candidates, pre-registered and organised interviews with them and ensured that the right aspirants were chosen as graduate trainee engineers. My excellent interpersonal and communication skills were also well utilised in delivering presentations to graduates across universities to propagate CSC’s brand and appeal. I excel at stakeholder management which I demonstrated via monthly presentations to senior management on recruitment and training targets as well as ensuring all candidates were informed throughout the recruitment process and received constructive feedback where necessary.

Utilising my excellent time management skills, I ensured customer enquiries and complaints were resolved in a timely and professional manner and every customer was provided a high level of service. I actively followed up on business development opportunities for High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) clients and was able to increase sales. My attention to detail in execution of complex tasks for HNWI clients and putting customers first allowed me to develop strong positive relationships with them.
