My name is Andy Murray; I am a customer service expert and entertainer and I love working with and around lots of people and having a chat to customers and I know that I can have a very positive and fun ipact on the workplace.
I have plenty of top quality customer service experience having been involved in bartending and nightclub hosting for the past few years and having worked for Ticketek in their box offices, stadium operations and call centre. I have experience interacting with customers through email and on the phone from working in the Ticketek call centre as well as working for my father’s business Mathsonline since I was a teenager.
I have management experience with Ticketek having managed the box office operations at the Royal Randwick Racecourse during the autumn and spring carnival racing seasons as well as at NRL, AFL, rugby union, cricket and entertainment events at venues such as ANZ Stadium, the SCG and Allphones Arena. These supervisory roles have put me in great stead to lead any team.
