I am a customer service professional, having worked in both call centres and Office administration.
These positions include answering inbound calls, typing, sales, cross selling, Customer service, billing enquiries and much more.
I very much enjoyed the customer contact, attending to their wants and needs. I also currently hold a Certificate 3 in Customer Contact.
I have well developed organizational, decision making and problem solving skills including excellent phone manner.
I have Proficient computer skills including all aspects of Microsoft Office.
