Thank you for taking the time to consider my application.
Up until September 2014, I was employed as a Corporate Receptionist at Craig & Rhodes Engineering in Epping. My responsibilities included a cross section of Office Duties including Filing, Scanning, Time Sheets, Mail Sorting, Data Entry, Invoicing along with the management and responsibility of answering, distribution control of all incoming calls. I was committed to delivering exceptional customer service with a willingness to go the extra mile; it was a challenge I enjoyed.
My previous part-time positions were jobs I had while at school and completing my Certificate 3 in Business Services at TAFE. All these positions involved front line customer contact and service, a skill that I developed during that time of my career. I have completed work experience at a range of company’s that also has given me a different outlook in different office environments.
I believe with my advanced customer service experience, Reception and Administration Skills, I would make a good addition to your Company.
I am the first to admit I still have a way to go in my learning, however I am confident that if given an opportunity where I can be challenged, I would be a dedicated and valuable addition to your team and believe my outgoing friendly personality would fit well within a busy and dedicated culture.
