Introduction

I have a positive attitude when dealing with clients; I am applying for this role to work towards playing an important part in an organisation and will strive to achieve the goals set by the company. I believe that I am capable of exceeding company expectations, with a will to learn more and achieve more in this business. While working, I am able to adapt to the workplace, I learn quickly and I am self-motivated to achieve my tasks. I have an out-going personality, I am friendly, I push myself to the best of my ability and I am a good listener which details that I am a team player and work well with others. I have the desire to improve my knowledge for this role and I believe that this position will be beneficial for me. I have recently completed my Certificate III in Business Administration with a Certificate I in Vocational preparation which has provided me with the skills needed to work effectively and efficiently with customers. I have just recently completed my Year 12 VCE. Over the past few years, I have taken VCE Computer Applications, Software Development and Business Management classes as well as Psychology and Further Maths classes, enabling me to learn and complete this course with ease. This gives me an insight into the operations behind the success in a company. I have intermediate/advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote and a range of other Microsoft Packages.
