Introduction

I have predominantly worked in the Customer Service Industry where I interact and serve people on a daily basis. I thoroughly enjoy the challenges of communicating with customers and staff as this brings its own rewards of trust and repeat business. I am looking for a position that I can utilise my skills and become a valued member of your award winning team. As you will read in my attached resume, I recently worked for Mayfairs Homebrew & Tobacconist where I was Senior Customer Assistant and my duties consisted off but not limited to: Exceptional customer focuses; ordered and displayed merchandise; served customers in a friendly and timely manner; exceptional product knowledge and MYOB data entry. Within all of my positions held, I followed and implemented safe work practices and adhered to all Workplace Health and Safety procedures including safe manual handling practices; food handling protocols; responsible service of alcohol/gaming and hazard eliminations. I work effectively in a team as well as show initiative when working as an individual to complete tasks in a timely manner. I have the ability to solve problems and able to prioritise by multi-tasking in demanding environments. My computer skillset involves sound MS office and MYOB operations. I have a rapidly ability to acquire new knowledge and skills in a short time frame and am willing to extend my professional development by attending further training/courses to ensure that I keep up to date with changing technologies.
