I am a self-motivated, physically fit and energetic individual with a strong work ethic who excels at customer support; I wish to offer my 100% dedication, flexibility and commitment to performing all tasks that are asked of me. I am willing to work various shifts/rosters. Having acquired a range of relevant skills and experience in customer focused positions whilst meeting team and project objectives.
I have recently graduated Year 12 from Geraldton Grammar School and I am super keen to join the full time work force in a vocation that I know I will enjoy. In addition to successfully completing Year 12, I have also completed a three year course in Applied Information Technology (AIT) which has helped me to greatly advance my computer literacy skills. In addition to the AIT course I have also completed a Certificate II in Hospitality, which has instilled in me a very grounded and good understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
I have also worked for a period of three (3) years in a Casual capacity with Target Geraldton. This was a customer centric environment which has helped me to develop excellent interpersonal skills, where I can communicate comfortably and confidently with customers, with an aim to understand their needs and proactively offer a suitable solution. Other skills I have obtained from pervious employment include; efficient time management skills, communications skills, issue resolution skills, and the ability to work unsupervised.
