• Stylist - All Saints (July 2014 - December 2014)
All Saints are a clothing brand that embrace diversity, creativity and passion and this is expected to be portrayed through its employees. During my time at All Saints I had a variety of different job roles including exemplary customer service and advice tailored to each and every customer, managing visual merchandising and checking that everything was to standard after every shift, processing payments and maintaining stock rooms. I also had to hold extensive product knowledge. I quickly advanced within my role and thus was given more responsibility with senior tasks such as cashing up the till, organizing rotas and training new staff.
• Waitress - Living Ventures (September 2012 - Present)
Living Ventures are a dynamic & desirable company to work for, and so for me to have been employed and to have succeeded in these positions, I had to work hard to be chosen over the many other applicants. Through working for two different sites, I have acquired many skills focused on customer satisfaction and efficiency. The ability to think on my feet and problem solve have also come into play in order for me to excel in this position. Maintaining a constant cheerful demeanour comes naturally to me and so working in constant contact with people is something I see as a perfect job. I have worked in both large and small teams to deliver an excellent service to customers. Having worked for two concepts; The Grill on the Edge and The Botanist my customer service and team-working skills are of a high-standard. It has also given me an appreciation of what it is like to work within a highly pressurized environment.
• Telesales - Windsor Stuart (June 2011 - May 2012)
To of worked in this occupation I had to be polite, friendly and quick-thinking when dealing with new customers as well as established clients. I was required to maintain a positive attitude and be hardworking and focused at all times. I dealt with clients and the general public on a one to one basis, working without direct supervision, using my own initiative and all with a highly professional manner. I had to be able to work efficiently, achieving set targets and yet maintaining a calm, approachable outlook. As well as working with clients, I was also required to liaise with solicitors, maintaining a professional approach at all times. I was also more than willing to take on other staff members duties such as cleaning, in order to ensure the smooth running of the office. Working within a given time frame, I had to achieve set targets, working both efficiently and dynamically in order to complete tasks.
