Reporting- Using Excel to track my Sales statistics and Fellow Agents statistics from daily End of Day Reports. Team Leading- Training and supporting fellow agents. Using experience as well as knowledge of the product and clients to help Colleagues with objection handling, selling techniques and closing techniques. Aiding with script writing. Giving feedback, support and motivation for the team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPI's and Sales Targets. Running daily Team Meetings. I started this role motivated to succeed, and was able to meet my daily sales target by my second day of dialling. With brief product training, I learnt the skills I needed to achieve from those around me and took it upon myself to go the extra mile. I did this through research and online training outside of work in order to increase my knowledge and skills in sales. By the end of my second week in this position, I achieved the daily sales record and held this record for five months. I moved into a team leading role in my fourth week, where I began instructing and training new agents on selling techniques and product knowledge. My confidence in my abilities grew and I began running the Morning Team Meetings, communicating the daily targets, relaying messages from management, and providing motivation for the team to succeed, creating a positive environment within the call centre. In this role my selling skills and interpersonal skills have progressed extensively, and I am always striving to to go beyond my Personal best and continue to meet and exceed the company's targets.
