Hello! It is Jenny, I am from Hong Kong and I am holding a working holiday visa to Australia (Duration: January 2015 to December 2015). I plan to stay in Sydney for the whole period during working holiday. It is very exciting for me to explore more about the culture and life style of the beautiful ountry, Australia. During my full time working experience period from 2008 to 2014 in Hong Kong, I have worked in the area of Recruitment, Human Resourcing functions. In which I have handled end to end recruitment process include worked with the seniors hiring managers from different department to develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business needs, shortlisted and arrange interview with candidates, and handled on boarding process include collected and managed the candidate’s documentation to meet the company’s compliance standard. I have gained solid experience in terms of communicate with all different level of people and coordinate with different departments both internally and externally.
