This opportunity excites me as it enables me to grow and learn about a different industry however still utilising very similar skills with a strong customer focus. My current employment is as a Business Specialist with Apple Retail sees me involved in either customer facing interactions, follow up calls/emails, drawing up proposals or coaching, developing and educating our wider team to drive front of house awareness. We work on quarterly forecasts which get broken down into relationship sales, new net opportunities (new business from front of house), accuracy in our predicted pipeline and year on year growth. Other than outlined market strategies, we then as a team creatively strategise how we can better engage our customers and wider team in order to exceed these targets. This ranges from a pro-active (rather than re-active) approach to keeping to our workflow and effective use of our CRM allowing us to abide by our service commitments. Furthermore strategy call campaigns and Business Events to build community and loyalty.
