Introduction

After completion of college I have undertaken a vast range of jobs in different industries. I have worked in retail, hospitality, healthcare, renewable energy, banking and property advisory. I am a committed employee, who has an impressive track record in achieving targets, providing excellent customer service and who is consistently able to find solutions to problems. Setting and achieving goals is a passion of mine and has been reflected in my work results and outcomes. Currently I am undertaking study via distance completing a bachelor of business with a major in finance with an expected completion of 2015 being complimented with study to also obtain RG146 compliance through Kaplan. I would like to use my learning and degree qualifications to commence a career within the banking and financial planning industry.

The experience provided me with an education on Renewable development, connection agreements, contracts and structured finance planning. A large line of the business is developed through direct banking by contact via the 132221 service line. They specialize in dealing with customer enquiries and tailoring products to suit individual's need's.

The job provides a challenge of sales targets to meet as not only an individual but as a team as well. Professional training and development is undertaken in the role and during my time I have learnt more about the financial system in Australia and abroad. I have gained information on foreign currency trade and how the Commonwealth Bank trades in markets worldwide. The experience has been invaluable as I have developed an understanding of banking practices and learnt all about regulation of the banking environment and relevant laws. Rock Property Rock is a newly established property firm operating in Hobart who specialize in managing, renovating, developing and buying on behalf of investors. Their specialty service is very different to anything else available in Hobart; they advise clients through years of experience and expertise and are treated as more of a financial advisory firm rather than that of a traditional real estate agent.
