I am currently looking for a full time office based position on the Gold Coast that meets my current skill set and strengths. This role was centred on providing customer service to the best possible standard. Duties involved manually processing daily reports (Experian®), in relation to new customers’ security checks. She dealt directly with existing customers, helping find products to suit their needs, and manage their accounts with regard to money transfers, and servicing. This was conducted via correspondence and/or over the phone (inbound & outound calls). Fiona was further entrusted with a project (extra to her day-to-day role) that involved analysing all savings correspondence. She conducted meetings with other departments such as, Fulfilment, Marketing and Compliance, and then amended the correspondence accordingly. During her time Fiona was nominated y her colleagues and won the ‘Zeus’ award for excellence in customer service.

This work emphasised her ability to remain organised, deal with problems as they arose, and meet required deadlines. In addition, considered as a necessary requirement for the analysis of data, attention to detail is something that Fiona prides herself on. She gaged the operation and handling of software and equipment through a self-taught approach.
