Promoted to the role of Marketing Coordinator internally, I successfully increased
subscription readership by 109% and revenue by 35% through quarterly marketing
campaigns with external parties and event collaborations.
Regularly produced marketing plans and media schedules for Indesign events and products, and coordinated the execution of the campaigns to drive registrations and increase
subscription sales nationally, including print, online, direct mail and E-mail.
Reported on campaign statistics to gauge what message was more effective whilst
promoting Indesign events and products, and redirecting marketing efforts towards these
I developed key relationships with media partners and sponsors to increase the brand
awareness of Indesign products through building strong relationships and organising
contra deals, whilst ensuring the requirements of the relationship were met with efficiency,
dedication and competence.
Coordinated and assisted the Communications Manager with three 'Saturday in Design'
events, to produce high quality, high volume, trade events with over 8000 visitors, within budgets and tight timelines. We also reported on post-event analysis through participant
surveys, meeting with exhibitors and attendance statistics.
Event managed the Habitus Lounge at Grand Designs Live and at various other events
Worked closely with the IT department with the implementation of a new subscription
CRM system that is user friendly, and allowed us to clean the company's database
