Introduction

I am applying for the position of Administrative Assistant. I have recently relocated to Gladstone and am looking for work in positions relating to the experience I have. My most recent position was that of part-time clerical assistant which I was employed at for ten years and I resigned from due to my relocation. My clerical experience includes and is not limited to: reception, customer service, electronic diary for appointment, invoicing/ billing and accounts management. I have also been studying a nursing undergraduate degree at Southern Cross University, NSW for the past three years. From my study I have gained knowledge along with clinical skills from professional placements. These skills include vital sign taking, health questionnaires, medical assessments, interpersonal skills and specimen collection. I am enrolled to continue my study with Central Queensland University by distance education so this allows me a flexible work schedule.
