I would like to apply for the position advertised for office administrator.
I am a mature person and I consider myself to be extremely reliable, efficient and well presented with excellent communication skills
I have previously been responsible for all the administration and reception duties at Joblink Plus Quirindi office however due to new government tenders the position has become redundant. I am accustomed to a busy office environment where efficiency, accuracy and discretion are important and my duties included all office administration including reception, answering telephone, emails, faxes, mail, filing confidential data and submitting reports to government departments.
As a reception I believe it is vital to always be courteous, polite and friendly to clients to represent a business in a professional, positive way.
