Introduction

I am an enthusiastic, outgoing type of person who is always willing to learn new things and gain the most from any experience. I enjoy working as part of a team to achieve results and enjoy working in roles where my main focus is the customer and what I can do for them. My previous employment has been in positions requiring high levels of customer service both remotely and face-to-face. Working with people is something I thoroughly enjoy and provides a challenging environment in which I thrive professionally. Some of the things that work in my favour are my extensive independent travelling, my life experiences and most importantly, my employment and education experiences. I am very competent on computers and have faith in my ability to quickly adapt and learn new programs in a timely manner. I am also used to working within set time frames and adhering to company policies and procedures in the workplace. I work well independently as well as in a team environment and follow instruction very well. I have an excellent phone manner and have experience in dealing with high-pressure situations or in more challenging work environments. I feel I would bring a pleasing dynamic to any work place and am always keen to improve myself both personally and professionally through my experiences.
