As a medical receptionist for my previous employer, Cairns Central Medical Centre, I learned to build an important personalized relationship with patients while maintaining an organized and professional work environment, this skill has carried on with me to hotel guests by building a relationship through one or many stays that helps make their experience special. I have just recently completed my first year in a Bachelor of Arts at Macquarie University. I am now looking to take a break and build up more experience in the work force. I am more than happy to undertake any additional studies to increase knowledge within your industry. Although I am currently working part time at Cairns Harbour Lights am looking for something that can offer more hours., preferably 20+ hours per week.
