    • Assistant at book store in South Korea ( for 10 months ) - Learnt general cash register skills • Assistant as a waiter in Korean Restaurant for 6 months in South Korea. - Customer service - Serving food - Cash drawer handling - Dish washing • Worked at Sushi Moto at Broadbeach for 3 months. - Customer service - Serving food - Dish washing • Worked at Sushi Ave at Surfers Paradise since January of 2012 - June of 2013 - Customer service - Serving food - Worked as Chef (Hot food, Roll & Nigiri) - Opening member • Worked at Maruya at Southport for since June of 2013 - November of 2014 - Worked as Chef (I could be able to do all 4 positions in the bar and kitchen) - 2 positions in the kitchen Tempura position & main chef of kitchen - soft shell crap, prawn temp, vegetable, karage etc and beef tadaki etc this is the position that controls kitchen as main chef!
