Introduction

To whom it may concern, My name is Lia Di Florio, I am currently studying Nutrition at Edith Cowan University and will be completing two final units over 2015. For the last four and a half years I have been working in an aged care facility as an Assistant in Nursing, which has taught me vital skills including professionalism, patience, team work an critical thinking. I have previously worked in retail as a pharmacy assistant and my duties included; customer service, restocking of products, designing shop shelves, cleaning and assisting customers with beauty supplies. I also worked at Zu shoes as a sales assistant and my main roles were customer service, stock take, banking and cleaning. Most recently I have been working for Industrie clothing as a full-time Sales Assistant, which gave many responsibilities such as banking, opening and closing of the store, regular cleaning, stock transfers and assisting in remerchandising the store. I would like to further my skills within administration/reception as I am a very organised and passionate person who works efficiently to ensure my tasks and duties are completely correctly. I have effectively leaderships skills and enjoy guiding and working with other team members. As a 6th year University student I have extensive skills with computer skills including data entry and Microsoft programs allowing me to quickly and efficiently. I am a reliable, punctual, energetic and a hard working person with an outgoing personality who is seeking a job within your company and believe I am well suite for this position.
