With the regard to my ability to meet the specific requirements of this job: • Customer Service: Working for 6 years 10 months in a face-to-face customer service environment providing customer service at registers, in meetings and concierge and management support on the retail floor. • Reception Duties: Responsibilities at Optus include concierge and co-ordination of the retail floor, answering incoming calls and assisting customers with phone-based enquiries. • General Admin: Responsibilities include filing, stock management, data processing, records management and written communication. • Computer Skills: Training and experience in Microsoft Office applications and internal administrative software applications. Training and experience with Adobe CS Creative Suite and graphic design. I am quick to learn new software platforms. My enthusiasm and commitment to excellence have served me well. My colleges and customers have commended me for my high level of interpersonal skills and naturally engaging personality. I am highly motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced customer service environment, having had the chance to significantly develop my skills in my current position. I have a strong attention to detail, a very high level of data accuracy and excellent skills in both customer service and in administration.
