I am a self-motivated, efficient and diplomatic human resources professional with over six years experience. My experience in Human Resources (HR) extends across international boundaries and industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, paper pulp, hospitality and Australian local government. I have completed a Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Murdoch University. I hold a degree in Computer Sciences which allows me to learn and adapt quickly to new corporate systems. I am also a qualified teacher that has highly contributed to my extensive training capabilities. As a Human Resource Manager, I provided advice on a wide range of challenging human resources areas such as recruitment and retention in a tight labour market, change management, industrial relations, employee grievances, remuneration and benefits, performance management and leadership development. My work has required strong planning and organisational skills. I constantly had to work to strict deadlines requiring me to plan and organise my workload effectively in order to meet the demands of different stakeholders. I enjoy working in a team as well as independently and I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a positive can do attitude. A personal strength that has always been well regarded is my ability to establish, maintain and build upon open and productive relationships with various stakeholders. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely, Kjersti inje
