Stacks box blanks in feed mechanism, start machine, and observes automatic feeding and folding of box blanks and gluing, stapling and taping of edges to detect machine malfunction.

Each product has a different stock number, ensure the same product and stock numbers match up.

Delivery Driver/ Storeman
Transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are
correct, and the customer is satisfied.

Blender/ Mixer/ Batching
Responsible for weighing up raw materials and getting batches ready for production line.
Follow recipes with accuracy to ensure high quality standards a meet.
Check all raw materials prior to manufacturing.
Record each weight of product that is pumped into manufacturing tanks
Check product before starting line.
Ensure the correct weight will be pumped into drums prior to starting.
Ensure correct labels and batch tickets are being used for each drums.
Check all drums and lids before use.
Check all finished products before loading, eg; leak test, lids, labels, date of manufacturing and batch numbers.
Portioning / dosing measured quantity of flour, water, sour dough into mixing pots adding salt, yeast
and other ingredients to mix.
Ensure every portioning and mix portions are correct according to recipe and production plan.
Ensure the correct recipe on mixer is correct prior to mixing.
Take mixing pot over to mixing station.
Attache pot to mixer.
Monitor the mix.
Communicate with team leader and team members at all times during the mixing process.
Once mixed, dough is ready for production.
Ensure consistent quality of dough and reduce wastage.
Monitor quality of raw ingredients and mixes and take corrective action if required.
Monitor dough quality through all stages of production and take corrective action if required.
Maintain cleaning standards through the department and all equipment that's being used.
Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling
operations and sorting
Move product and inventory using bin system.
