    Our client who is a leading supplier of fasteners & hardware products located in Banyo are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator Officer. The position offers flexible hours on day shift, competitive pay rate and the opportunity to join and develop with a well known and established company.


    The successful applicants will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:


    * Daily operating with various warehouse programs including - SAP / PRONTO / PARTS
    * Accounts Payable responsibilities
    * Liaising with clients and customers
    * Daily Inventory & reporting
    * Basic Reception Duties - i.e. Answering Phones / Filing
    * Hours are flexible Mon - Fri anywhere between )
    * Daily usage with Microsoft Office & in-house programs

    The position requires the following attributes:


    * Previous experience working within a warehouse environment in an administration / inventory position
    * Previous experience operating with either of the following; SAP, PRONTO, PARTS
    * Available to work & flexible for hours Monday - Friday )
    * Excellent Customer Service Skills via phone and face to face
    * Computer Knowledge in Microsoft and Outlook Computer Programs
    * Ability to Multi Task & work in a team environment
    * High attention to detail
