    Travel Team Leader responsibilities

    • Initial and ongoing training of your team including development
    • Organising work loads to ensure service levels are optimised
    • Ongoing mentoring of the travel customer service team
    • Assisting in enquiries for corporate and leisure travel bookings.
    • Weekly and monthly reporting



    Skills required for this Travel Team Leader role:

    • Previous Manager or Team Leader experience within the travel industry
    • Experience working within a travel sales environment
    • Passion for leading people and coaching
