Training Specialist

  We are seeking a high calibre individual to work with the Microsoft Dynamics365 Project Change Stream to create engaging, effective learning experiences that help people gain the skills needed for success using D365. This includes the development of/contribution to training content in many formats:

  • eLearning materials (including training videos
  • Virtual classroom materials
  • Technical Quick Reference Guides, User Guides
  • Face to face training delivery as required by the project

  Key factors to your success include:

  • Experienced learning and development / training lead with a solid background in developing training plans, learning pathways, competency assessments
  • Relevant experience in the development of online and classroom based delivery materials - Captiv8 and SCORM methodology would be highly regarded
  • Previous experience in the delivery of training and materials in an ICT project-based environment. In particular experience in high risk and / or major business integration, ERPs and transformation projects
  • Experience in training needs analysis, training content development and successful delivery of training
  • Previous experience as a software trainer in an ERP environment (preferable
