  • ABOUT THE ROLE

    Our business partner is seeking for a Town Planner to oversee the development of Building and Facilities development application packages and environmental impact assessment reports that will provide advice to relevant stakeholders.

    Given the size of this organisation, you are able to truly be involved in all aspects of the project while contributing your expertise to ensure high quality, efficiency and maximise growth.

    Our Partner is looking for Program Officer who can;

    • Provide technical expert planning advice on feasibility and development options
    • Review environmental impact assessment reports and Development Applications
    • Conduct and document complex planning and legislative issues
    • Undertake life cost cycle assessments
    • Engage with various internal stakeholders & delivery partners with advice

    To be considered for this role, you will ideally have;

    • Relevant tertiary education/qualification
    • Strong track record in a similar role within the Town Planning / Construction / Building industry
    • Team player who is an all rounder and can get in and get the job done!
