    Our client, a local Not-For-Profit organisation in Bendigo is seeking a professional and experienced Temporary Receptionist/Administrator to join their team.

    Duties may include:

    • Taking incoming phone calls and processing emails.
    • Greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate person.
    • Arranging rooms for bookings.
    • Liaising with a range on stakeholders, both internal and external to the business.

    To succeed in this role, you will have the following:

    • Fantastic computer skills, including the use of MS Outlook and Word.
    • The ability to work in a team and independently as required.
    • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
