    Our client is a well-known and respected organisation who provide quality health care services for people in Bendigo and surrounding areas.

    We are seeking experienced Medical Receptionists/Administrators to join ESE’s temporary team for part-time or full-time hours.

    A current Employment Working with Children's Check and Police Check is required for these roles.

    Duties may include:

    • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner.
    • Scanning, filing and data entry.
    • Medical records management.
    • Typing letters.
    • General administrative duties.

    Successful applicants must have enthusiasm to meet and exceed customers’ needs, highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment. Previous experience with medical terminology would be advantageous.
