    We are on the search for a Temporary IT Service Delivery Officer who is experienced in providing Level 1-2 Support and working on a busy service desk. Our client is a large organisation located in the Bendigo CBD, this assignment is expected to last approximately four months fulltime.

    Working from home with all equipment provided, your duties may include:

    • Logging and ensuring timely resolution of Service Desk requests.
    • Escalation of Service Desk requests as required and reporting major incidents.
    • Training staff in the use of software.
    • Assisting with the administration of the Server / Network environment.
    • Maintaining Desktop Systems (including preventative maintenance).
    • Development and Maintenance of Desktop Standard Operating Environment.
    • Documenting Desktop System configuration and specifications.
    • Active Directory User / group Account Administration.
    • File Share Administration.
    • Assisting with the documentation of Systems configurations and specifications
    • Assistance with server/system maintenance e.g. applying patches, upgrades, backups.
