  The Role:
  ESE Consulting is on the hunt for experienced and self-motivated professionals who are interested in working in both short and long-term temporary assignments with experience in the following areas:

  • Diary management.
  • Prepare reports, agendas, minutes, documents and correspondence.
  • Organise catering, accommodation, travel and events.
  • Stakeholder liaison across the organisation.
  • Process and organise high volumes of emails and meeting request.
  • Provide high level administration support.

  What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with competing demands.
  • Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable and flexible.
