    The brand new office is in the heart of Sydney CBD with cafes and collaborative work spaces available.

    To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian citizen AND have Baseline security clearance due to the client requirements.

    The role:

    Based in the call centre, you will be responsible for service delivery and support, manage incidents and service requests and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be servicing government clients in a fast paced environment. You will report to the Team Leader and work in a diverse team.

    You will:

    • act as the first point of contact for customer technical support

    • deliver exceptional customer service

    • troubleshoot devices and provide solutions to complex issues

    • log new tickets and resolve tickets using Service Now

    • escalate issues and ensure SLAs are achieved

    • contribute to product and service improvements

    This role is an immediate start, working on a rotating roster. Hours are 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday. Close to all public transport in the Sydney CBD.

    About you:

    • Previous experience in service desk support or call centre environment

    • Exceptional and clear communications and customer service skills

    • Ability to troubleshoot devices

    • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

    • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and to tight deadlines

    • Be confident and be able to think on your feet

    To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian citizen and have Baseline security clearance.
