To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian citizen AND have Baseline security clearance due to the client requirements.
Based in the call centre, you will be responsible for service delivery and support, manage incidents and service requests and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be servicing government clients in a fast paced environment. You will report to the Team Leader and work in a diverse team.
This role is an immediate start, working on a rotating roster. Hours are 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday. Close to all public transport in the Sydney CBD.
To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian citizen and have Baseline security clearance.
