Team Administrator job availability

  • Our Hills District based client is looking for a motivated and energetic Team Administrator to join their successful close-knit team. You will be the first point of contact for all administration duties and general enquiries. You will work closely with your team in a full support role to ensure the team are able to meet their targets and service their customers with the highest standard. This role is an essential part of the quality and compliance piece, you will have key attention to detail and a commitment to safety to ensure total compliance.

    Your responsibilities will include

    Managing the on-boarding process of all candidates, including saving documents, verifying work rights, completing VEVO checks and conducting reference checks

    Organising pre-employment assessments including criminal checks, medical checks and skills testing

    Liaising with clients and candidates over the phone and via email

    Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and liaising with various vendors

    Ordering all stationary, equipment and supplies for the office

    Conducting regular audits and maintenance of the recruitment system to ensure data accuracy and compliance

    Assisting with advertising, phone screening and other recruitment tasks when necessary

    Managing multiple Outlook inboxes including calendar management

    Assisting in weekly payroll to ensure all candidates are paid on time

    Completing monthly reporting accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines

    To be successful in this role, you will have

    A minimum of 1 years' experience in an administration role or similar

    High attention to detail with a total commitment to safety

    The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and work in a team

    Excellent customer service skills including written and verbal communication skills

    An enthusiastic approach with a "can do" attitude

    Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills

    Exposure to HR and/or Recruitment is favourable however not essential
