SPARE PARTS COORDINATOR job availability

    Our client is a well-established growing organisation seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator to join their team.

    Your main duties will include:
    - Planning & Responding to both local and projects requirements
    - Maintain on-time delivery KPI's
    - Liaise with Logistics regarding air/sea freight shipments - Bookings & Collections
    - Maintain accurate picking, item allocation, item transfers and documentation process to meet and exceed inventory targets
    - Update daily project boards for visual management
    - Visit project sites as required

    You will have/be:
    - Minimum 2 years Warehousing / Logistics / Inventory Control / Customer Service
    - Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical spares (Highly desired)
    - Local and International Logistics/ Warehouse Experience (Highly desired)
    - Excellent written and verbal communication
    - Experience with M3 ERP system (Highly desired)
    - Intermediate PC, skills
    - Comfortable with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    - Ability to use initiative, work autonomously and work under pressure
    - Good planning, coordination and neogtiation skills
    - Self motivated, team player
