Service Scheduler job availability

  • We are looking for a Scheduler to join this rapidly growing Civil Construction business, to coordinate and manage external field staff across Melbourne. If you have great customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast paced office then this is the position for you.

    The role:

    Your daily duties will involve liaising with customers taking bookings, scheduling, coordinating and managing field staff for projects and by hour hire works. Follow up; which includes ensuring all appropriate work and paperwork has been completed for each job. You will prioritise bookings based on contract type, customer priority and urgency of the issue, ensuring all interactions with customers are timely, professional and supportive of their requirements.

    We're looking for someone who has:
    * Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop effective business relationships
    * Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
    * Great organisational skills and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines
    * Top notch computer and data entry skills with high attention to detail

    To be considered:

    • Previous experience working with trades/service/coordinating/ scheduling
    • Exposure to civil construction or telco highly regarded but not essential
