    PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with a Local Concrete company looking for Office Coordinator/ Scheduler to join their team in Seven Hills. Are you looking for a change and want a new challenge? If so, we would love to hear from you.


    * Meet and greet visitors and maintain a high standard of telephone reception.
    * Manage general administration for other businesses and related matters.
    * Schedule all work orders through the areoflow system for all sales people
    * Taking leads that come in and then directing them to the right person
    * Uploading drawings into the Aroflow system


    * Minimum 2 years' experience in an office administration role
    * Aroflow system knowledge
    * Good attention to detail
    * Someone from the building industry would be a advantage
    * Ability to work under pressure
