  • Programmed Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Scribe to provide support through the recruitment process for upcoming assignments.

    The main responsibilities of the role will include:

    • Shortlisting of candidates
    • Scheduling of interviews
    • Attending interviews and notetaking
    • Providing advice to the Panel Members
    • Completing referee checks
    • Preparation of Referee and Selection reports
    • Providing feedback to candidates
    • Additional tasks as requested by the Panel Members

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • APS experience
    • Baseline clearance
    • Availability to work
