    Programmed Professionals are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator - All-rounder person to be based in the Carole Park area for a Permanent Position.

    Our client is a well-established unique recycling manufacturing business, with a strong team culture and a reputation for providing a safe working environment.

    The successful person must have previous experience in sales administration, customer service and quoting. The role entails working closely with the experienced Business Development Manager.

    Benefits:

    About your new role:

    • Customer quotations
    • Processing orders and invoicing
    • Organisation of deliveries and logistics Australia wide
    • Customer Service and support
    • Problem solving, investigation of queries
    • Work closely with business development manager for sales support
    • Maintaining regular contacts with customers to manage ongoing orders
    • Daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting
    • Liaising with clients and updating with order progress
    • Sales support, identifying new opportunities within the market

    About you:

    • Outstanding customer service ability
    • Proven ability to quote
    • Sales and driven approach
    • Self-motivated, ambitious
    • Can do proactive approach
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • MYOB Previous experience in a manufacturing environment desired
