Sales Support Administrator | Permanent Position
Programmed Professionals are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator - All-rounder person to be based in the Carole Park area for a Permanent Position.
Our client is a well-established unique recycling manufacturing business, with a strong team culture and a reputation for providing a safe working environment.
The successful person must have previous experience in sales administration, customer service and quoting. The role entails working closely with the experienced Business Development Manager.
- Work Locally - close to home - 8am to 4pm
- Excellent Salary on offer - Permanent Position - $60k plus super
About your new role:
- Customer quotations
- Processing orders and invoicing
- Organisation of deliveries and logistics Australia wide
- Customer Service and support
- Problem solving, investigation of queries
- Work closely with business development manager for sales support
- Maintaining regular contacts with customers to manage ongoing orders
- Daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting
- Liaising with clients and updating with order progress
- Sales support, identifying new opportunities within the market
- Outstanding customer service ability
- Proven ability to quote
- Sales and driven approach
- Self-motivated, ambitious
- Can do proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- MYOB Previous experience in a manufacturing environment desired
