  • Our client in Port Melbourne is seeking a vibrant Sales & Marketing Administrator.

    Due to the location having your own vehicle would be advantageous.

    Proven experience in a similar position will support your application along with skills in forecasting, pricing and preparing monthly sales reports.

    Specific duties include;

    • Assist with administrative duties for the marketing and sales tea
    • Reporting using Microsoft excel
    • Great Palins data entry
    • Forecasting orders with the Packaging Department
    • Engage and develop relationships with suppliers
    • Preparing sales reports
    • Organising meetings
    • Pricing
    • Product updates
    • Order Entry
    • Support management with diary and travel arrangements
    • Provide support to the Operational Manager
    • Sales Rebates

    Skills required;

    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Ability to multitask
    • Exceptional computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Able to multi-task, work independently and prioritize work
