Sales Coordinator job availability

  • About The Role:

    Programmed are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator for our client in Port Augusta. You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm and some Saturdays if required. This is an immediate start for the right person who has excellent customer service and sales skills. This will be an ongoing casual role working full time hours with a possible view to permanency.

    Duties include but are not limited to:
    * Manage telephone sales & enquiries
    * Creation of hiring agreements
    * Receive and process customer orders
    * Answering email and we enquiries regarding various requests
    * Assist the branches in managing assets and equipment allocation

    Skills and experience:
    * Exceptional customer service and sales skills
    * Previous experience in hiring of plant and equipment, and/or allocation of transport deliveries, construction, metal or hardware industries would be highly advantageous
    * Intermediate computer skills
    * Strong verbal and written communication skills
    * Team player and able to work autonomously
    * Able to multi task and excellent problem solving skills
    * Possess a safety first attitude and an understanding of safety procedures
