    The Role 
    • Sales Consultant based in the Preston Showroom
    • 5 day week on a 7 Day trading roster: no late night opening
    • 3 weekends out of 4, with 2 day off in the week
    Duties
    • To understand our customers requirements
    • Provide specific professional advice and recommendations
    • Monitor the progress of customer orders to ensure their expectations are delivered
    • Ensure complete customer satisfaction post installation
    Expertise
    • You have a proven capacity to listen and understand customer requirements
    • You are confident making recommendations 
    • You are proactive in quantifying issues and their resolution
    • You may come from a background in sales, customer service, front of house or you maybe a trades person wishing to move into sales.
    • Importantly you must enjoy engaging and helping people.
