  • We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to be based in the North-East Brisbane area.

    Our client is an international freight forwarding company dedicated to a boutique professional service. They have well-developed systems, provide training, have a great team-culture and pride themselves on offering a top quality personalised service to their customers.

    About your new role:

    • Supporting and stimulating new business

    • Assisting with existing business enquiries

    • Provide excellent customer service

    • Quoting services to customers

    • Sourcing and qualifying leads

    • Compiling cost data

    • Distributing data to sales representatives

    • Assisting with other duties as required

    • Contribute to a safe working environment

    • Hours of work will generally be 8.30am to 5pm

    About you:

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Clear, concise communication skills

    • Committed to providing exceptional customer service

    • Ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner

    • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

    • Good understanding of Incoterms preferred, not essential

    • International freight forwarding preferred, not essential
