    ABOUT THE ROLE AND CLIENT

    Our client is a leader across many business sectors and is a well-established business trading for over 130 years. My client is now looking for a Part-Time RTO Administrator to join there busy and growing team.

    DUTIES

    • Assist in the administration of contractual requirements
    • Development of Training Plans
    • Updating student records in the relevant databases
    • Assist with the preparation of correspondence/training materials as required
    • Manage trainer and assessor documentation to ensure compliance
    • Other administrative functions as required
    • Perform any associated duties required by the current Management System policies, processes and procedures

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Previous experience in and RTO environment is essential
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Sound knowledge of state funding
    • Ability to handle conflicting deadlines
    • Strong knowledge of relative complains and industry standards
